EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR for Sierra Cascade Family Opportunities, operating Head Start, Early Head Start and State Preschool programs.  40 hrs/wk, 52 wks/yr, $60.84-64.38/hr base, depending upon qualifications.  Position offers generous vacation and personal leave time. Head Start experience highly preferred.  Applicant must have experience in grant writing, budget preparation, control methods and administrative analysis.  Along with experience in using a team approach to management.  Applicant should be able to demonstrate the ability to Follow instructions and express ideas effectively with staff, professionals, and community members.
